She is passionate about partnering with families to create practical, individualized plans that support each child’s development and make everyday routines like feeding and communicating more successful.

Taylor has extensive experience working with medically complex infants and children in neonatal (NICU) and pediatric (PICU) intensive care units, as well as mother-baby units. Her clinical focus has been helping babies establish safe and effective feeding from the very beginning of life. As both a feeding specialist and lactation consultant, she supports families with breastfeeding, bottle feeding, swallowing difficulties, and early feeding development.

She has significant experience conducting Modified Barium Swallow (MBS) studies in collaboration with radiology teams to evaluate swallowing safety and guide treatment for children with feeding and swallowing disorders.

Taylor is also an Ampcare certified provider and incorporates neuromuscular electrical stimulation (NMES) into therapy when appropriate to support improved swallowing and feeding function.

Her approach is family-centered and collaborative. Taylor believes caregivers are essential partners in therapy and focuses on providing education and strategies families can confidently use at home. By combining clinical expertise with compassionate care, she helps children build the skills they need to eat, communicate, and thrive.
